PIAGGIO, who make Vespa, also make; touring scooters, city scooters and the 3 wheeled MP3's. They come from plants in Italy and Vietnam - so some are quality at a budget price.

SYM's Taiwanese products are bulletproof and those scooters come with Australia's only 4 year warranty.
